Temple Taggart McDowell represented Utah as a 21-year-old in the 1997 Miss USA pageant in Shreveport, which Trump hosted. She said that during their first introduction he forcibly kissed her on the lips. She alleged that the second time they met, he again forcibly kissed her, this time in front of Trump Tower employees. Trump denied knowing her, but he has taken a photograph with her.
