10. Mister Mxyzptlk
Mister Mxyzptlk is from the 5th dimension, making him incredibly powerful. He is so powerful in fact that he can create and destroy galaxies, universes, and multiverses. However, he’s never considered as bad of a villain as, let’s say, Anti-Monitor. That’s because Mxy is usually only causing chaos to have a bit of fun. He’s not quite as malicious as the rest of these bad guys!
