3. Galactus
Galactus is an interesting villain when compared to many of the others on this list. Unlike many of the others, he started off as a mortal man. These days, he spends his time eating planets because he’s hungry. So although his actions aren’t quite malicious, it still costs a lot of planets inhabitants their lives.
